Terms and Conditions

1. Purchase and Activation
You can purchase a National Fishing Voucher online or at physical stores.
National Fishing Vouchers may be delivered electronically or physically depending on your chosen option.
National Fishing Vouchers are activated upon purchase unless otherwise stated.

2. Use and Redemption
National Fishing Vouchers can be redeemed for merchandise or services offered by our redeeming partners, up to the value of the card.
National Fishing Vouchers may in accordance to those offered on our website, be used to purchase other gift cards via our gift card exchange.
Some exclusions may apply on the use of National Fishing Vouchers (e.g. sale items, live baits). These exclusions will be set by the individual redemption partners and we encourage them to make these clear on their directory listings.
National Fishing Vouchers can be used for full or partial payment of a purchase. Any remaining balance will be on the gift card for future use.
No cash change will be given for purchases made using a National Fishing Voucher.

3. Validity and Expiration
National Fishing Vouchers have a two year from purchase expiration date, which will be clearly displayed on the card or communicated at the time of purchase.
Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed for any value.

4. Loss, Theft, or Damage
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged National Fishing Vouchers.
National Fishing Vouchers are not replaceable.

5. Balance Inquiry
You can check your gift card balance online or via a redeeming partner.

6. Returns and Refunds
National Fishing Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded for cash.
If a purchase made with a National Fishing Voucher is returned or refunded, the value will be credited back to the original gift card subject to the decision of the redeeming partner.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through store signage.
